Try printing and observe the message in the Epson Status Monitor. If it mentions "ink pads" or "end of service life", this reset resolves it.
Click the download button above. Right-click the file and select "Run as Administrator". Without administrator permissions the reset will not work.
Switch on the printer and connect the USB cable directly to the computer. The printer must be detected by the software.
Copy and paste the activation key from your email — do not type it manually. The key has no spaces before or after.
Click Particular ink pad counter then Check. Next click Initialization and confirm. Follow the video tutorial exactly.
