Try printing any document and observe the message in the Epson Status Monitor. If the message mentions "ink pads" or "end of service life", this reset resolves it. If no message appears, reinstall the Epson drivers and repeat the test.
Click the download button above. After downloading, right-click the file and select "Run as Administrator". This is mandatory — without administrator permissions the reset will not work.
Switch on the Epson XP-2100 and connect the USB cable to the computer before opening the programme. The printer must be detected by the software for the reset to work.
