Do not skip any steps. Each stage is necessary for the reset to complete correctly.
Try printing any document and observe the message in the Epson Status Monitor. If the message mentions "ink pads" or "end of service life", this reset resolves it. If no message appears, reinstall the Epson drivers and repeat the test.
