Follow these steps in the correct order.
Don't skip any steps. Each stage is necessary for the reset to complete correctly.
Access the email address used at checkout. Look for a message from Reset Epson. If it's not in your inbox, check your spam and junk folders.
Click the download link in the email. Save the file to your computer. If it's compressed (.zip), extract it before continuing.
Right-click on the downloaded program and select "Run as administrator". This is required for the reset to work correctly.
Turn on the printer and connect the USB cable to your computer before entering the key. The software must be able to detect the printer to function.
Copy the key from the email and paste it into the designated field in the software. Do not type it manually — copy and paste to avoid errors. The key has no spaces before or after.
Watch the tutorial sent in your email and follow each step alongside the video. Do not proceed until each stage has been confirmed as completed.
Once the reset has been confirmed by the software, disconnect the printer from the power source completely, wait 10 seconds, and turn it back on. This step is necessary to apply the new settings.
